The Baykon family gathered for their traditional “Company Review Meeting,” as they do every year. At the event held at the Workinn Hotel, the work done throughout 2025 was evaluated, and the departments' successes were recognized.

 

Our Executive and Management Boards shared the goals and forecasts for the coming year, in addition to the work carried out in 2025. At the end of the information meeting, the best suggestions of the year, determined with the contributions of our employees throughout the year, were rewarded.

 

Moderated by Baykon Board Advisor Adnan Erdoğmuş, the event concluded with a presentation by 2025 Executive Board Chairman Özgür Çayırlı on company performance and a presentation by Baykon Management Advisor Aykut Eren on the theme of “Managing Difficult Times.” The closing speech was delivered by Baykon Board Chairman Emin Sözer.

 

Despite the disruptions in the sector, we are delighted to have had an extremely successful year and look forward to achieving even greater goals together in 2026. ⚖️
